Tough Enough

O.K.
He's a poser.
He'd probably be driving a red sports car if he could.
But I respect him.
It can't be easy being a bloke that's called a "Splendid Fairy Wren."
He's smaller than a sparrow and his job is to draw snakes, bungarras, foxes and cats from the nest.
He flies really close to them and because his whole body turns iridescent blue in the breeding season he gets their attention and they chase him instead of attacking the nest.
He's got about a dozen girlfriends and they had quite a few babies last spring and bought them up successfully this summer.
